Briarcliff Middle School welcomes new vice-principal Kristen Bonnici


Kristen Bonnici will take over as Deputy Director at Briarcliff College July 1, replacing Amy Gladstonewho will be the new principal, the Briarcliff Manor School District School Board announced Thursday.

Ms. Bonnici is currently Deputy Director ofthe Collaborative Education Institute, a public school for 6 to 12 year olds in Manhattan, which is a member of the New York Performance Standards Consortium. Prior to this role, she was science teacher at the Institute of Collaborative Education and Rye Neck Middle/High School.

She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from the Collège de Sainte Roseas well as a mastery of Science in Education, Adolescent Biology and Conservation Life Sciences from Fordham University, in partnership with the Bronx Zoo & Wildlife Conservation Society.

Allongtime resident of Westchester, Mrs. Bonnici like to spend time with his family.
